Estas prendas son joyas chilenas y deben ser tratados como son.

Si deseas que tu prenda dure por mucho tiempo, lo que nosotros te recomendamos es lavarlo a mano (pero con cuidado) sobre todo en prendas con estampados. PERO cuando es bordado tiene MAYOR DURABILIDAD AL LAVADO.

pero sie tienes dudas como lavarlo. en nuestras etiquetas que puedes encontrar en todas nuestras prendas. Tiene su instruccion de lavado con su talla correspondiente.

POLITICA DE DEVOLUCION

En caso de perdidas o problemas con las tallas. siempre puede tener tu devolucion correspondiente de dependiendo de cada situacion que puedan ocurrir dentro y fuera de nuestro poder.

De lo cual una ves recibida la prenda tienes excatamente 30 DIAS para devolverla dando tu justificativo del porque lo quieres devolver o en casos de perdida si no te llega ya una vez cumplido los dias de plazo estimados y pasan 2 semanas de ese momento. PUEDES pedir tu devolucion. (cosa que es raro que pase)
